By regularly performing a small set of physical exercises, you trigger a number of metabolic processes within the body. All exercises should be strictly systematic and performed after consultation with an experienced trainer.

What is the difference between fitness and yoga??
Fitness is aimed at reducing body weight, energizes and normalizes metabolism, and also provides excellent cardiac stimulation. The main principles of yoga are to concentrate on oneself, a kind of solitude, and knowledge of oneself and one's capabilities.

What should be considered when doing yoga for the back and spine?
Before you start practicing, you need to familiarize yourself with the basic principles of yoga. The entry into practice should be gradual. We must not forget about the warm-up. Make sure you manage to develop the spinal column in all planes. Only after that, you can proceed to the main part of the lesson.

What is an asana?
An asana is a body posture, originally and still a general term for a sitting meditation pose, and later extended in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise, to any type of pose or position, adding reclining, standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses.

Why is yoga for the spine better than fitness?
Spine yoga therapy affects not only the back, but also the entire musculoskeletal system of the patient, their musculoskeletal system, respiratory system, and most importantly, consciousness. Yoga provides a person not only with the required level of motor load but also teaches them to be aware of their own breathing, body position, feel the muscles, and listen to their mind.
