When I go to sleep, my eyes feel like they move all around

I don't know if I can ask for optometric help here but here it goes; When I go to sleep, my eyes feel like they move all around the place, specifically when I know when that is going to happen. I try to change my mind into thinking about something else, but I just can't. Is this normal? Will this go eventually? Thanks.

It always just happens when I close my eyes. I instantly feel it move. When I'm about to go to sleep, I always feel anxious and I can't stop thinking about it, and then when I try sleep, it happens.
So I don't know if it's because of anxiety, it's happening.

The only thing I can think of is nystagmus but I don’t really know the specifics for it.
That usually occurs at any time not just when you close your eyes.
I recommend you see your optometrist about this.

Alright, thanks for helping. personally I kind of feel that anxiety is the reason for this to be honest, but hey thanks!

I don't know if I can trust the internet, to be honest, LOL.

It could be many things and as you don’t have any other symptoms it is hard to pinpoint. I recommend you see a specialist about it and maybe they can fix your problem!
