Go for cucumber, they work wonderfully well for weight loss and watermelon as well, but many people don't seem to like watermelon for weight loss and it baffles me. Just eat lots of fruit anyway.

Then my answer is that 90% of vegetables are best but you need to consume those veggies in a proper way like you have to cook them in less oil and fewer spices, you have to avoid to overcook the veggies. The veggies which helped me in my inch loss are cucumber, carrot, tomato, spinach, broccoli, and peas.

2. tomato, it is also less in calorie and high in water
3. spinach, it is a green veggie so it also helps in rapid weight loss and if you want to make its juice it would be more good
4. cabbage, yes its the main veggie of my salad always
