Go for cucumber, they work wonderfully well for weight loss and watermelon as well, but many people don't seem to like watermelon for weight loss and it baffles me. Just eat lots of fruit anyway.I take carrots and cucumber on my journey to losing weight as they are rich in vitamins and minerals. Cucumber also contains Fibre which can help to reduce the cholesterol in the body. Taking lots of vegetables is a good way to shed the fats in the body and it is recommended for those finding shape.

1. cucumber, yes I love cucumber in my diet as it contains very less amount of calorie and high amount of water
2. tomato, it is also less in calorie and high in water
3. spinach, it is a green veggie so it also helps in rapid weight loss and if you want to make its juice it would be more good
4. cabbage, yes its the main veggie of my salad always
