I've gained some weight since I've been emotionally eating which has made me more depressed which then starts this cycle over again. I'm going to try to eat better but I know its going to be hard. Maybe if I start with counting calories and eat recommended servings it won't be so rough. I thought about fasting but I don't know what all is okay to eat when your allowed to. Any thoughts? Or tips? I just want to feel better and loose a bit of weight.
