Need help with an ingrown toenail

If you constantly have the ingrown toenail problem, it would be good to get it surgically fixed. The doctor would numb the area and cut the nail all the way to the root so it wouldn’t grow again. Hydrocortisone cream will also help reduce the inflammation around the area. The warm water will also help if you soak your foot in warm water for 15-20 minutes four times a day.
Don’t use it for longer than 7 days unless you go see a doctor and he says otherwise. Once or twice a day should suffice.

And you don’t put the cream on the toenail. Only use it if the area is inflamed.
