Loss of shipment

Shipping drugs from one country to another involves certain risks and one of the most pressing ones is the loss of shipments in process. If you have paid for your drugs online, only for it to get lost while on the shipping process, who should bear the burnt of the missing consignment? Would it be the online pharmacy stores or the shipping company entrusted with the transportation of the drugs?

First thing you should do is contact the store, then they might contact the shipping company. If you have the shipping details with you, you can contact the shipping company yourself and make an inquiry. They track the items they ship and would be able to say if the item was shipped safely. If it was delivered safely, then the chance is that the local post company might have misplaced it. I guess even all these groups are responsible, the seller is responsible for the loss of shipment.

Most of the shipping companies make use of a tracking device which enables one to focus on making sure that medicines get delivered to their destination pretty fast. However, where there is an issue with loss of shipment, the shipping company should give a serial explanation of what happened. The receiver should not bear the loss alone.

When someone orders online, one common problem can happen: the shipment can become lost or damaged. It could take months in finding out who is responsible. In most cases, the shipping company is responsible.

When your shipment gets lost, the supplier is responsible. This is because the supplier is expected to keep track of the shipment. You can often phone the pharmacy to find out the state of your delivery. Also, if the meds are not delivered in time, you can often ask for a refund.

You should let the pharmacy know that your medication did not arrive, or that it was damaged. That way they can offer you a replacement at no extra fee, and they may even look into it to find out why your package did not arrive.

Most online pharmacies assign the duty of drug shipments to third parties and I think in case of such loss, the online pharmacy should bear the loss! There are no two ways to explain being in such kind of situation where you make payments for your medicines only to realize that it won't get to you 😡

If you’ve lost your item, send the online pharmacy a forceful email explaining so. Show them the tracking details of you were given any and explain you’ll be taking your business elsewhere next time. Explain you’re also going to leave a bad review. This should incentivize them to give you a free replacement, a refund or a discount code on your next purchase.

My dear friends, the shipping problem is a great problem. It noticed that everything is ok at the time of delivering a product but some unfavorable condition creates great damage to the product. Actually, it's out of the company's control. However, some damage is occurred by the company's poor policy. So both companies and receivers should divide the loss between them if the product is damaged.

If you've lost the item you ordered, I'd try ringing customer service of the pharmacy you bought it from and see what they say. If they insist they've posted it, call the shipping services they used and they should be able to track it down as almost all packages have tracking nowadays.

I will hold the pharmacy store responsible once this kind of situation comes up. This is the only way to get things fixed.

Why not ask for your money back?

The company should bear the cost of course... You can't lose your money and your product ...right?

I think it's the shipping company that will compensate the pharmacy and then the pharmacy compensates you. Whichever the case, you're most likely to get your money back, if the pharmacy is a legitimate one.

You know who it is; the shipper.
