I think it's important we discuss Covid-19 and the updates that have been trickling all over the world. This is actually a trying time for humanity and this virus has really made humans to bond and to be one, but what are the latest developments and updates about coronavirus (covid-19), can you report the situation of things in your country right now, feel free to share your thoughts and opinions here:

  • wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • use hand sanitizer gel if soap and water are not available
  • wash your hands as soon as you get back home
  • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterward
  • do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean

More countries are joining the lockdown movement... what's your country doing?
In the US fear is so big that politicians, reporters, and teachers who conduct distance learning shame college students who take spring breaks and do not heed the calls to "distance themselves from society."

After the United States began to send troops to the infected regions to fight the coronavirus, residents of the country in a panic have begun to massively buy firearms and ammunition because of fears that law enforcement forces will cease to function normally due to the pandemic.

In Canada all this time there was almost no panic, at least until the beginning of last week when they announced a pandemic, the closure of educational institutions, the cancellation of mass meetings and the need for self-isolation. Then people bought up all antiseptic products for hands, as well as toilet paper and paper towels.

Are you in a panic?
Just a couple of weeks ago many of my friends and neighbors did not believe that the situation was so serious. They said that all the dead were people of old age, and without coronavirus, everything was bad with their health. As for me, I immediately bought masks in the online store, but even my husband made fun of such thriftiness. Now is not the time for jokes.

We have been living a little more than two months in the spread of coronavirus. And there is a feeling that there is a nuclear war going on before the complete annihilation of all life on the planet!!!

The leaders of the world powers seem to be competing, which of them will fall into hysteria more effectively 😓 The way the top officials of Italy, Germany and a number of other countries behave today is nothing more than typical deviant behavior.

By the way, there is an island of common sense and adequate perception of reality against this general background of political madness. This is South Korea, a country where there are many patients with coronavirus, but there is no self-isolation, crazy quarantines and, what a coincidence, the number of deaths is extremely low against the general background.

What do you mean by saying "crazy quarantines"??? Social distance (reduction of contacts between people, as well as refusal to visit crowded places, such as metro, shopping centers, schools, universities, museums, cinemas, etc.) is the most effective way to fight the spread of coronavirus.

Yes! In the case of increased self-isolation when all citizens decide not to go outside and do not personally interact with each other (or as it was in China when people were forbidden to leave their homes), the number of new cases of infection slows down significantly.
