Sometimes not having rest of mind can cause this issue of having sleepless nights and I would suggest that you meet up with a psychologist. The reason is that you can get tips on what to do. However, the thing you need now is to feel relaxed before going to bed each night.

Stress leads to very hard to handle dreams. I know when it is that time of the month for me, my hormones really screw with my dreams making it harder to sleep. I will sometimes wake up gasping for air. You have to try to de-stress your life, see if that helps.

This is really bad and I hate it when my boyfriend does it each night we are sleeping.

There is a sleeping disorder, eating disorder and so on. If you have any health challenges, it's better to work on it as soon as possible. Never stay off your meds till you are 100%.

I have a lot of dreams at night. I hardly sleep for 2-3 hours. Many of these dreams become true. Family and friends fear for my health due to my desire to get treatment in homeopathy. But it reduces my total stress. After finishing the course again I am facing this problem πŸ’ŠπŸ’ŠπŸ’Š
You need a specialist to offer you some lifestyle advice. Your lifestyle may be the problem after all.

Are your dreams a random occurrence or something with inclined pattern?
