I do agree with all the statements that Brandon made. Also, I would like to add that you should start practicing Karezza in order to increase your libido and improve erectile dysfunction. Once you go slow, you never go back!

Here are some more measures that will work wonders :
  1. Start walking at least for 30 mins a day
  2. Eat right - a diet rich in natural foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish
  3. Pay attention to your vascular health. High blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides can all damage arteries in the heart (causing heart attack), in the brain (causing stroke), and leading to the penis (causing ED)
  4. Size matters, so get slim and stay slim
  5. Move a muscle - a strong pelvic floor enhances rigidity during erections and helps keep blood from leaving the penis by pressing on a key vein
