Vitamin C immune-boosting products: citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits, lemons), cranberries, kiwi, black currants, wild strawberries, cranberries, lingonberries, sea buckthorn, apples, persimmons, brussels sprouts and cauliflower, bell pepper, tomatoes, wheat seedlings, green leafy vegetables.

Get vaccinated. It will not protect the body by 100%, but will definitely ease the course of the disease. This is the essence of acquired immunity: if the body is exposed to a virus, it “remembers” it and produces antibodies. Even if the next time the virus mutates, with old antibodies you will defeat it faster.
