Hey guys, I have some questions I would like to ask to understand something a little better. First would be does Gastroparesis aspiration, and if so how? Second would be how would one with diabetes suffer a lost of appetite.

If diabetes is controlled then there shouldn’t be much change in appetite. As far as I’m aware only way it can lead to a loss is if due to prolonged low levels of intracellular glucose due to the diabetes body switches to burning ketones. But at this point they could be in DKA which is dangerous.

With our basic knowledge of physiology, that's the best we can do, but you can ask an endocrinologist for something as specific as that.
