How exactly do vegans get a good source of protein?

Good question, so a lot of people think that vegans have trouble getting protein, but it is actually pretty easy. There are lots of sources of vegan protein, such as beans, nuts, seeds, tofu, etc.

Yes, I have. It happened more often after I first went vegan. Some things which you wouldn't expect to have animal products do, like jello.
