Every medicine has a brand name and a generic name. Learn about the differences and what to consider when deciding which is best for you. When a prescription filled, you might have been asked whether you would prefer the generic alternative ... Are generic medicines as effective and as safe as brand-name medicines? Yes!!! :)

HI. The fillers (known as excipients or non-medicinal ingredients) used to produce generics and brand name drugs are selected from a limited number of available products and in many cases, come from the same suppliers. A generic drug will have a different name and may look a little different than its brand name equivalent. It is, however, used to treat the same conditions and will have the exact same efficacy and safety.

Which one is good - generic or conventional medicines? Why???
A generic medicine was once a brand medicine. It is just the difference between when the drugs were being produced by a particular pharmaceutical company and when such a right was removed. So, both are simply good and nice as long as you feel hearty and strong after drug administration.

You must be confusing something here. Conventional medicine includes generic medicine. I think the right word you wanted was brand-name drugs.
