Good riddance, most people wouldn't have a clue or care, like my mom eating grapefruit with her Tylenol.
 
Well, this is a very popular antidepressants here in Europe.

You can find it even in regular shops.

Although it induces CYP-enzymes, which can lead to inactivation of drugs.
 
It's not bad, if you are young and don't take other medication regularly, like contraceptives. But for a diabetic in his 50s, 60s, there is probably a lot of potential for interactions.
