Difference between neuromuscular blockers and antimuscarinic drugs?

Neuromuscular blockers can be divided in 2 groups. Those are: 1. non-depolarizing : competitive antagonists of the Nicotinergic ACh-Receptor 2. depolarizing : agonists of the nACh-R.

As you can see Muscarinergic Acetylcholine-receptors are not the target of neuromuscular blockers. The reason is that our skeletal muscles (the muscles we can control willingly) are being controlled by nicotinergic ACh-Receptors.
