So basically, big wound with pus underneath.
Cream (Cavilon) closes wound.

What would happen if the wound closes and pus still leaks?
I don't want to attach an image here because it is too eww.

Where is the wound and why is it there?

But I mean like, a wound can't come out of nowhere.
Did you cut yourself somewhere?

Nope. The doctor said it maybe from an infected sweat gland.
Or a severely clogged pore.
But that was a surgical doctor who said that so no professional dermatologist’s opinion.

Alright so, try antiseptic externals, such as octanedione, if that doesn't help you should visit a doctor.

It stops the pus.
Tea tree oil, St. John's wort, lavender, chamomile, eucalyptus or thyme oil help as well.
And as soon as the pus stopped you can wait for the wound to heal.

I am unsure but I don't think so, summarized it's always a good choice to put iodine on an open wound to prevent an infection.

It doesn't have to be octanedione. Is it helping though? If not you should really visit a doctor (again), he will give you new stuff then.
