Combination of caffeine, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate & citric acid

I wonder how body will react after consumption of a combination of caffeine, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate & citric acid.

The effects of caffeine are widely known, its a stimulant. Caffeine acts as an unspecific phospho-di-esterase inhibitor (PDE-Inhibitor) which leads to increased cAMP levels in cells. Caffeine also acts as an agonist on adenosine-Receptors, which leads to vasodilation. So the effects of caffeine on the blood pressure is +/- (doesn't increase or decrease blood pressure too much) It also increases the volume of urine (diuretic effect).

About citric acid and sodiumbicarbonate. They aren't having any pharmacological effects. meaning they dont have effects resulting from interaction with our body proteins.

The effect of sodium bicarbonate is only physico-chemical. It will only change the pH in your stomach, like Antacida (Magaldrate for example).

So we can feed (combination of caffeine, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate & citric acid) to subject who is suffering with acidity problem, when we have to break subjects sleeping cycle ?

I don't understand. What do you mean by "suffering with acidity problem"?

Does he/she have problems digesting?

Well you can always use pantoprazole or omeprazole.

Or not taking the caffeine before going to sleep (like 3-4hours at least).
