But there are already existing cancer vaccines...The Human papilloma virus(HPV) has already been approved for use...

So yeah, vaccines are feasible for the treatment of cancers

Right! but all cancers are tumors though. Which general treatment is best for cancer cells? Surgery? Radiation therapy? Hormonal therapy? and how does Chemotherapy come into all these?
I'll go with radiation for me though. Seems more precise..

Chemotherapy is the use of drugs to destroy cancer cells. It usually works by keeping the cancer cells from growing, dividing, and making more cells. Because cancer cells usually grow and divide faster than normal cells, chemotherapy has more of an effect on cancer cells.

They attack certain areas involved in cell production and replicate around tumor sites..

Types of chemotherapy include Alkylating agents, antimetabolites, anti-tumor antibiotics, anthraclines, topiosomerase inhibitors...
